I personally wouldn’t recommend this management. I lived in luxury buildings most my life and I never had a problem EVER. I took over a lease from someone manager told me I can get two free months, couple months later he got fired and the new manager charged me for the two free months. I reached out to the old manager he said he had a meeting with them and told them he told me I was getting free months but they didn’t care. I’m constantly getting harassed about false noise complaints when time after time I showed proof of me not being home when the person falsely claimed I was home making home or ring camera of the cops saying “we were standing here for a while and didn’t hear anything”. Some was blocking my spot a little making it difficult to park called the front desk and after hours later still didn’t do anything about it. I’m not the person to complain about ANYTHING. I’m super chill so the fact that time taking the time out of my day just goes to show you. Won’t even recommend rho or ivy&green to live.

For the past 19 months, I had been trying to recover my security deposit from a residential community I moved out of in February 2023, which was an extremely frustrating experience. For majority of this time, the community was under a different management company. However, I recently noticed that RHO Management had taken over, and they were unaware of my previous attempts and the ongoing issues with the on-site property management.

Once I brought the matter to their attention, Mr. O’Donnel took immediate and professional action, reassuring me that I would finally receive my deposit. Ellen, their wonderful operations coordinator, kept me informed throughout the entire process—from having the check issued to sending it via FedEx. In just four days, I received my security deposit, resolving an issue that had persisted for 19 months.

Although I still intend to pursue legal action against this community, as this situation should never have occurred, I am extremely grateful for RHO’s prompt response and professionalism in addressing the issue and making things right so quickly. It is reassuring to know that this residential community is now under such capable management. I’m fully confident in stating that had RHO Management been in charge from the beginning, this ordeal would never have happened.
