Rhea is a wonderful realtor. She made the complications of selling a home so simple and alleviated so much of the stress involved. Rhea worked with us by making suggestions on how to get our home ready for sale (sometimes even pitching in and helping us personally), connecting us with reliable contractors to help get the house ready, worked with our township to get the COO paperwork finalized, and explained each part of the process in great detail. I honestly can't say enough positive things about my experience with Rhea Goldsmith. Rhea was absolutely amazing to work with for our first home search! It is a crazy market out there and Rhea was always very professional, knowledgable, and helpful for our home-buying journey.
