Dayna did an amazing job selling our house and I could not have done it without her! I live out of the area and needed someone who knew the local market to sell a relative’s house who had passed away. Danya went well above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she do an incredible job marketing the house, she and her husband Frank were instrumental in helping me to identify and rectify several outstanding issues that arose with the house which needed to be resolved prior to sale. Given that I live out of the area, this would have been extremely difficult to do on my own, but Dayna and Frank willingly provided assistance whenever and wherever needed. Dayna diligently kept me fully abreast of developments at all times, and provided excellent advice, guidance and counseling throughout the selling process. She and her husband are trustworthy, caring, hard-working people who were truly a pleasure to work with and a tremendous help. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Dayna and Frank!

Such a wonderful experience working with Frank & Dayna. I wish I could give them 100 stars! From the moment I connected with Dayna, I knew we were in the right hands. I had a great experience with Dayna and Frank. They showed me a place I was interested in .It went under contract fairly quickly and I missed it . About 2 months later I received an email from Dayna that the contract fell through and it was available again. I quickly made an offer and it was accepted. I was very grateful that they let me know.
