My husband and I have lived in two rentals owned by Residence Group in the Garden District and Cloverdale area for a year and a half. Rick, Sellers, and Bill have been friendly, professional, and accommodating to us. They are great at communication and will always make you feel welcomed in the community. We always recommend our friends to contact Residence Group if they need a place to live that’s convenient to downtown and in an adorable, historic part of town. We will never forget our first homes with them!!!

These apartments are in a nice location. A mile from the downtown center, and in Old Cloverdale. Quiet area that is well kept. Neighbors are curtious. Would recommend.

The truck was parked on the city street in front of the property. The tree was in the city right of way and the limb fell during a severe storm. Management instructed this individual to contact his insurance company.
