My company has been using them for a number of years and they have been a pleasure to work with. The online features makes payment and tracking really easy. Would definitely check them out if looking for waste removal services.

Terrible customer service. 45 min - 1 hour hold time, missed pick-ups with fake explanations, consistent promised to pick-up due to missed pick-up, and promises never fulfilled. As customers, our hands may be tied, but I am ok to cancel Republic and go somewhere else. Also, if its not clear, your customer service is terrible. Train your people to respect your customers and promises. You guys suck.

We have had republic waste service for 9 years and our next door neighbor has had them for 4 years, we just found out they pay $106 quarterly while we pay DOUBLE at $215 for the exact same service. My husband called to address this and they didn’t care at all, we have to cancel our service now. Absolutely despicable way to treat customers that’s been with you almost a decade.

This garbage company hit the back of my car and left the scene last Friday. They are located in tinton falls. I had VIDEO footage of them hitting it and they said they would send to their insurance carrier and give me a reference number . well they never did that. They never answered my calls either or responded. so now I am stuck going through my insurance company and having to pay a deductible when my car was parked in front of my home and they hit it . Basically they treated me disgusting when I was at no fault. I would never use them !

We requested a mattress pick up a 4 days ago. Now we are on 3 days of phone tag with this company just to get a mattress picked up. All their reps give different information. Different pick-up times, different closing times. THEN, if they don't pick up, I am responsible to keep calling to re-schedule!! We have asked for a manager/supervisor to call us BUT THEY HAVEN'T.
This company should remove the word SERVICES from their title. Its apparent they have absolutely ZERO accountability for their drivers as they never know where they are or what work has been done. IMMENSLY FRUSTRATING and I cannot believe we HAD TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE ahead of time. They said today will be the day for pickup, one rep in the morning said by 9pm, and when i called at 3pm i was told by 6pm. Ridiculous as customer service closes at 5pm. I Would Not Recommend This Company for this type of service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

I used a lot of companies before Republic. Steve Britt has been tremendous to me. Steve always gets the job done for the right price. When you deal with Steve you get the personal attention you expect and deserve as a customer. I highly recommend him for NJ.

Over priced, unprofessional, and does not pick up our trash in a timely manner.
Furthermore my father is a disable war veteran and thought he paid this months services. They did not email him or call him and disable his trash service account and they havent picked up his trash. He is on a fixed income and gets paid on the first of the month which is tomorrow. They wouldnt restore services to get his trash picked up today even tho they are getting a payment tomorrow. I am looking into other trash services in our area.
