*Renters BEWARE* it is so many things that has happened since day one with this incompetent company. I have went with busted pipes just because the pipes and house is vintage. I had to deep clean the home before moving in because it was dirty. The house didn’t come with a fridge. We have been in over 90 degree weather because the air went out and took them forever to fix it. My child had a busted pipe close to their room and they couldn’t sleep in there for a good month because their room was so hot and the company had not come repair the pipe. When they did come repair it the painted the wall a different color in that spot, they broke my fan while using it without permission, and let they entire mess there in a bag and hid it in my child’s closet! Oh and they left it open and exposed for about a good 2 weeks. I had to keep calling them. Sink stayed leaking, there was a hole in my window when I moved in and all they did was put tape over it, the oven didn’t work upon move in. It was so much that went on in a two year time span.

They made me pay for an entire month of rent even though I moved out the month before. So they wouldn’t let me put in a 30 days notice because they are just greedy! They refused me a walk through upon move in and move out. They kept my entire security deposit and talking about carpet replacement and painting. Now he is claiming I owe him. Not for rent, or damages, or cleaning, but for painting and carpet replacement!

Mind you, I had nothing up against the wall and never hung anything on the wall. There was technically only real carpet in one room and that was the den. No one ever went in there besides to get to the laundry room, because the den kept flooding with water every time it rained. I put in a work order the first day it rained and I walked through the den door and my feet was soaked. Other than that it’s there paper thin carpet squares. He refuses to return my call! But I bet the one time I was late on rent he reached out even though I had already set up an arrangement because this was the money they wanted for that month I was already gone, and I still paid with the late fee. They are worst than Turman! These are crooks! WHATEVER YOU DO… DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Literally men who work there catcalling me out in the parking lot. Yelling out at me about my body. Disgusting. I've been renting for over a decade and never saw something so disrespectful with a company. Immediately decided not to rent with these folks.

Well they did get me approved quickly but that's it. Haven't been in the apartment 2 weeks and I've been without hot water for 3 days now and today is Saturday so that means I'll be without it for at least another day or 2. Or who knows I called the office and they said it was nothing they could do that they have no control over when the technician comes. Oh did I mention that it's the end of January begin of February. Yes so the water is cold. I know I made a huge mistake do business with this company. I would only recommend if you have money to just blow.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. i had my house professional cleaned and I painted before move out and they charged $650 for painting and $100 for cleaning when I know for a fact they did not. My rent was only $650. They made me pay double deposit because they knew from beginning they were going to try to keep it illegally.They never had any intentions on returning and they waited until AFTER 30 DAYS to send a email with made up deductions. They charged $100 for blinds that were broken when I moved in. Please please please save your self the headache of having to sue these scammers like I am doing now.

Rentsmart is a joke. My friend need 8 issues in the span of a few months. She has mold. The fridge went out and they said it was her responsibility w/5 kids. The air went out at least 6 times in the span of 3 weeks in this hot GA heat and they wouldn't come and fix it. The houses should be condemned. They are straight slumlords. They have fake profiles and family and friends to try to do reviews. These are lies.

Please find out what their qualifications are before you just give them $40 for nothing as I did. I applied and received a text that they cannot rent to me because they require a minimum of 3 months employment which I provided to them using my check stubs showing that I am employed and have been employed. I called to get clarification and left a message for a return call since they had my $40 and no one bothered to even call me back. I'm glad I had the experience because I know who not to do business with when I do start looking for a place again and who to tell others to be very cautious if they choose to deal with Rentsmart Property Management.

Definitely the worst rental company ever! I got me a good lawsuit with them and i can’t wait to get started. I would advise anyone to keep all receipts, proof of emails, screenshots of messages etc. and a strong team behind you. They are very scandalous and try to get over on you anyway possible! Beware and don’t say i didn’t warn u!
