I live out of town and needed an apartment rented. I had worked previously with other companies and had a bad experience both times. Rafael Cortes rented this apartment successfully within a few weeks. He contacted me every step of the way and answered every call or message. He made me part of the selection and always valued my opinion as a landlord. My renter was also satisfied. This process that could have taken a long time and been complicated became very easy with Rafael. I highly recommend him if you need your home rented or managed.

As a newbie in the world of real estate investing I am grateful to have Renters Warehouse on my side. They have done a lot to help me through this growing process. I don't normally do reviews but Mr. Rick Drew earned it. As an owner and first time lessor of our property in Miami we needed a company that would be active and attentive to our needs. We don't even live in the state where our rental property is located which could be scary if not for Mr. Rick Drew of Renters Warehouse(Miami). We had a major issue with a tenant who moved out in the middle of the night and had pretty much destroyed the house. Mr. Drew, of the Doral Office(Miami) did not hesitate to personally jump in and work quickly himself to correct the issues and prepare the property to be re-rented. He kept us informed of his progress almost daily. He got the property rented again quickly. There is no way for a Rental Co. much less the lessor to know what the future holds when renting. However, to know that a Rental Manager,like Mr. Drew, will be there when needed is a settling piece of security. Mr. Drew took our best interest in mind. This is why we stayed with Renters Warehouse and will continue to rent through them.

I have to say that Mr. Rick Drew is the absolute best! I called him about an issue that I had from the previous manager not fixing my AC and he got on it right away. He made sure that me and my family were taken care of. He followed through on everything he said he would do. I would recommend him to anyone! Renters Warehouse is blessed to have such an honest and caring man on their team!
