This company exceeded my expectations above and beyond. In store visits were always fun, manager had always valuable advice. We rented equipment for the weekend, and ended up not using it because of required permission for digging near an phone line, of which we weren't aware when we prepared for the job. So, Rental guys did not only not charge anything, but offered to have the equipment again on next weekend for the same price. That is unheard of. Since renting such equipment is not cheap, the more we were relieved about this very kind offer.
We will definitely rent againz even though pricing is rather on the high end, but reliability and great assistance are worth the money.

We are a family beekeeping business and have been using Rental Guys for many years. After moving to Red Bluff, we primarily source our equipment rentals from this location. Will the manager and staff are fantastic - they are always eager to help and ensure that the equipment is ready for us when we need it. We've also had great experiences with the staff at the Chico branch. We have no intention of renting equipment from anywhere else!

After renting from two other facilities with a result two non productive machines. I took a tactical pause then called rental guys. Phone service was friendly and informative. I arrived the next morning to pick up machine. I met a worker in the parking lot who was super friendly and showed me around facility. I met with employee at the desk, signed the paperwork and he helped lii out ad machine and off I went. Great experience and use from now on.

This company is amazing. Just finished my Backhoe rental for a week. Second day it stalled, couldn't start it. A mechanic came out and looked at it, discovered an electrical issue that needed the equipment to go back to the shop. All that and they had another unit delivered and ready to go.......in an hour and 15 minutes. Day 5, I got stuck (I'm a novice operator), they were out in 23 minutes to help. I know there secret weapon, it's their employees. Will (The manager) was very helpful, I wouldn't have done as well without him. Herald and Matt are just as awesome. They were relaxed, professional and very knowledgeable. I need another rental in two weeks, guess where I am going?

I’m renting equipment from this place for several years already. They would always work with me and find the right piece even if they don’t have it in stock. I did rent from a wood chipper up to a tractor and everything I had was serviced and worked great. It happened once only when i got a pice of equipment that wasn’t working properly I did call back and had it switched at no charge. They have a large choice and great people that will always direct you how to use properly your rented piece to avoid damage and even in the job you are planning to do. They are respectful to your time and it’s a easy and fast deal once you did schedule it upfront. Definitely recommend them and hope more people will use they service so they can expand and have more to offer!
