Tatum went above and beyond with our plumbing issue. We had put in various requests and she replied very promptly and professionally. She spent 5 hrs making sure everything was done pristine. Would give this place 0 stars if possible, if you are thinking about signing a lease here have a lawyer present because they will spin everything. Your pet deposit is actually a fee that you never get back, you will be paying pet rent every month on top of that. They will give you a dirty unit with a fridge that they got out of the backyard. When you try to make an emergency maintenance request, they will not pick up the phone, nor be in the office while your food rots for days in said broken backyard fridge. Take pictures of your move in evaluation because it will take 4 weeks to get it back if you move out, this is after you call and email and everyone stops answering you because there is constant turn over. But had you “just emailed again” they would have gotten back to you. Regional manager is no help either.
If you do dare to sign a lease here, make sure you check when you need to give notice for move out because they will not send a single email and just post undated notes on your door and “mail them” to you but you won’t receive them but they will swear up and down that it was before the notice period. This is after they stop responding to you when you try to have a conversation about renewing your lease. They will not schedule a time to give your keys back to them, you also will not get to schedule a pre move out evaluation or even a move out evaluation in general. And even after they charge you two extra months rent at a higher rate, they will hit you with a 900 bill because they bill utilities 2 months behind even though in the beginning they will charged you two months or more of utilities because they “forgot to bill them” earlier and made you pay those by a certain date. You’ll get charged a vacant unit fee even when the unit wasn’t vacant and carpet cleaning, unit cleaning, and painting fees when the carpet was shampooed and the unit was left in better condition than you found it.
I have been renting for over 6 years, this is the worst rental experience I have ever had and has definitely soured me towards any management going forward. I feel taken advantage of despite being a wonderful tenant who obeyed all rules and was pleasant to deal with until all of this unfolded. Very greedy, please choose a better place.

Monica was responsive and gave a wonderful tour for my mother and I. She responded to our questions and was understanding of our situation. The unit was clean and the complex was quiet and very nice.
