As an apartment manager myself, I made sure my daughter’s apartment once she moved out was cleaned to move in ready. We asked why they still charged a cleaning fee and have not gotten a response.
Since move in over a year ago, there was numerous problems with mold. Ofcoarse they did nothing to determine where the moisture was coming from and mad her clean her self before just repainting?
Beware of this property management.
Here are the pics right before we turned in keys, even mopped the floor as I was exiting the property. This was move in ready.

Speaking to management, they have refunded back the 80 cleaning fee.

I moved in a little over a month ago. The process of the background check and asking for multiple forms of proof of my income was a bit annoying and took a lot longer than I excepted but Michelle was nice / polite about it. When I moved in, my apartment was dirty so I had to clean it up when I moved in but the company so far has been good with communication and fixed my kitchen sink the same day I requested it. So far, I like living where I am and the company is great so far beside the place being dirty when I moved in. Everyone has been nice and professional , I think they just missed requesting the place to be cleaned before I moved in. Not sure why, I moved in 2 weeks after I signed the lease.

Definitely the best. Have them managed my rental property for almost two years, have great experience with their service. Whenever there’s problem, maintenance issues from the tenants, they alway handle it RIGHT AWAY! Every time when I have questions about my property or need documents from them, they call me and sent me everything I need RIGHT AWAY. Highly recommended 💯

Wow, I honestly can't believe some of the poor reviews I've just finished reading. My experience has been top of the line with REMS from it's inception to the signing of my lease. My first point of contact was the very sweet Doris, who was helpful and kind. She suggested an apartment for me that was affordable and in an area I liked, so I viewed it and fell in love. I applied on a Saturday and was contacted that evening by Joseph via text for additional information, and within 4 days, I was approved for the apartment. After Joseph, I dealt primarily with Yelma, who by the way is the consummate professional, and I was impressed with her interest in helping me get into my new apartment. When we went over the lease, she was thorough and patient and answered every single question I had before I could ask it, lol. These are genuine people , they run a good business, and I can't say enough how pleased I am with my apartment. Its well taken care of and quiet, just the way I hoped it would be. I highly recommend REMS to anyone looking for a new place to live because what you will undoubtedly get is professional service, nice, clean, well taken care of spaces, and a touch of human kindness from all of their team. I’d like to say thank you to you Joseph and REMS for going over and beyond to assist me in finding a 2 bedroom apartment for my family and I. Renting in the past had been challenging, not having all the boxes checked in terms of requirements. Usually property managers will shun potential tenants whom may not be in the best financial situation or the lack of “good credit” but not REMS! Because of them my family can enjoy a nice safe home in our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. If you’re looking to rent a home and you want to be treated fair I highly recommend using REMS services.
