I have had the pleasure of buying and selling my properties with Diamond. A realtor named Ray was very helpful made buying seem so easy. He did all the work. But Ray took time off for physical rehab. We switched to an agent named Michelle. She was very knowledgeable and extremely resourceful of selling properties. We sold a condo with confidence with her. Condos and their HOA nonsense can be difficult but she got the job done. I plan on giving all of my business to Diamond

Avoid Edgar Dillon at all costs. Disrespectful, racist, and unhelpful. Gave our money to another realtor. Went to see a house with my family and he treated us like garbage as soon as he saw that we are minorities. Our family and another family immediately left after feeling so unwelcome and mistreated!!

Short version: Do yourself a favor and ask for Melanie McCann-Mott.

Long version: I’m a first time home buyer and I was so excited to start the home buying process. I was working with a different agency and things went south pretty quick. In the 6 months I worked with that team, I saw 3 houses in person, 1 of which was an open house that I took mysef to. Response times were slow and as a result, the homes I was interested in sold long before the agent responded to my request. Shortly after a failed purchase with that team, the agent stopped responding to me as did their lender. As a first timer, this was not the experience I had hoped for and to say it was discouraging is an understatement. I’m working with a smaller budget and I felt like that had a lot to do with it. I had no idea where to go from there and I was ready to give this process a break. I was venting to my coworker and she mentioned her realtor, Melanie, and gave me her contact information. I decided to give it one more try and asked my coworker to reach out to Melanie and see if she was willing to take on a new client. Within an hour, Melanie contacted me and we had the initial conversation regarding what I was looking for, loan pre-approvals, etc. From there, the house hunting began! The first time we went out, I saw 3 homes in one day. The second time we went, I saw another 4. I decided to make an offer on one of the homes we saw and I’m now under contract and I’m expected to close sooner than anticipated. Melanie is the kind of realtor you would dream of, first time buyer or not. She’s professional, friendly, and attentive. More importantly, she’s honest and trustworthy, no matter how small your budget is. I know she probably has dozens of clients but when I reach out to her, she responds in a timely manner, much quicker than I ever expect! She truly makes you feel as if you are her one and only client! I used all of her references (lender, home inspector, attorney) and the entire team is just as great, and readily available, as she is! If you’re looking for a positive home buying experience, request Melanieand work with her team of professionals. She’s everything you’d hope for in a real estate agent and more! Thank you Melanie!
