My wife and I live on the east coast (for now) and were looking for a vacation home in Paso Robles. Since we would be buying a place so far away, in an area we were not too familiar with, it was as expected, scary. We were connected with John Donaldson due to his vast experience and understanding around rentals in the Paso Robles area. We worked with him for close to 9 months until he found us the perfect place. He was not pushy by trying to get us to look at places we knew we did not want. When I had questions, he was always available. When something looked like a possibility, but he knew the area was not a match for whatever reason, he would let us know.

When a listing came through we were interested in, we reached out and within hours we were face-timing at the property. If we were not interested, he understood why and would move on to the next one. When we did find a place, he strategized with us on the offer and was really in our court making sure our interests were his main goal. He scheduled contractors and inspectors for us and made sure they were there to work for us to make sure we understood all risks of the property. The closing went very well and he has a lot of connections in the area, which was very helpful for someone out of state.

I cannot recommend anyone more highly, that understands the Central Coast Real Estate market better, and will work harder for you than John Donaldson!

Sue Kretzu did an awesome job helping me buy a house in the north San Luis Obispo county area. I saw probably 10-15 houses in Paso Robles, Templeton, and Atascadero and reviewed many other listings before I found the right one for me that fit my budget. She sent me listings to review and suggested many of the houses, and was also open to showing me some I found online. She was very accurate and fast on getting the bids submitted. Unfortunately since the market was so hot, I had to bid on 3 houses before it worked out, but Sue was always ready to get the offer ready and send it in. Communication was very easy and I was able to communicate quickly with her via phone, email, and text messages. After the contract was accepted, she was great on keeping things on-track and scheduling inspections, walk-throughs and handing other paperwork. I highly recommend her for buying a house in north San Luis Obispo county area.
