Thank god we got Luckdeep! Honestly, we had challenging time finding right home. We had three agents before Luckdeep, all of them was lacking expertise compare to what Luckdeep has. She understands your need and suggests you the right choice that suits your budget and needs. I would simply say just trust her and you would get the right deal.

We show probably 10 to 15 homes with her and she frankly suggested which one is right for us and which ones are not worth spending time.

She always came prepared with all the comps and research on properties. She always try to connect with seller’s agent before head of showing and gather all the info about offers and situation. That helped us understand property values and prepared us to rush for offers and counteroffers.

She always kept us aware of the market value of home before placing offers. Helped us understand what needs to do to get accepted. I.e. waiving appraisal, if listing is under market appraised value; or waiving inspection if everything had been replaced or remodeled. Waiving off those two had put us on top of other offers. We still did the inspection just to check everything is okay in the property and there are none easter eggs on the property to really worry about on her advice.

We think, Luckdeep’s really detailed observation, offer strategies and negotiation skills made a hugh impact on getting us expected on this tough market without that we would not have been accepted.

We recently listed and sold our home with Charan after a recommendation from a neighbor. Charan is knowledgeable with the local market which is another reason why we chose her for the sale. She provided a lot of information about the process as it has been quite a while since we sold and purchased real estate. We were pleased with the marketing and photos in order to list our home and she was sensitive to our needs with respect to the showings, etc. Once we made our decision and accepted an offer, we did not have much contact with Charan directly. Although she was responsive to our texts and emails to her, we were surprised that there was no follow up/check in from her unless initiated by us until the week of the closing.
