I give Remax in Action a low rate.
Here the problem with this business, owner Pedro Oliveira Used to be good on selling your house the problem is in his contract of sale.
COMMISSION
He leave the commission in open on the Top of the form (4%-5%) that's the Scam if you don't pay attention and its your first time selling your home watch out.
Example:
This means if he sales your property he charges 4% commission
but if there's a different realtor from a different real estate the game changes to 5% commission.
He gets 3 % and the other realtor gets 2% at closing.MAKING THE OWNER PAY MORE ON SALE COMMISSION
Normally it's a half/half (2% and 2%)commission. Pedro charged me that extra 1% commission do to Greed
4% commission on the sale of my property was what we agreed to verbally and in writing but put the 5% with out completing the commission side percent
I end up getting charged a 5% commission on closing do to not checking the commission scam
My property sold for $860000
The Scam:
Was charged $43000 on a slip commission. I should only been charged $34400 on that slip which was 4%commission not the 5% commission.
There was no need for him doing this since he was getting a good commission on a High price sale.
I trusting him and at the end i lost $8600 in that 1% commission he charged for not being honest on spit commission section.
Sellers you've been warned.
He lost a friend a buyer and a seller never doing business with him anymore Do to he's Greed
At end its all about commission they can get from the seller.
