I bought a property that was listed by remax gold, my realtor was Sunny Purewal. At first we thought this guy is genuinely trying to help us, but where do i start to explain how this guy that is their best realtor they have did so many screwed up things. I will be moving forward with a compaint with the DRE. He also convinced me to drop my realtor so i can get better price on the house, so basically made me get rid of the realtor that had my best intrest at heart.
Also keep in mind he recommended his own home inspector which missed all these issues when he got paid to do a full inspection.

To Make this short and simple.
He lied lied lied.
Said pool is in good shape and had his own pool guy come out and failed to mention the pool deck which is very expensive needed replacement, the pool plaster is gone completely, the electrical to the pool pump and pool light is dangerous and not up to code.
Pool repairs= 24k

The windows and slider: they all are leaking air out of them and 3 sliders out of the 4 dont even open or close, the one slider that does open doesnt even lock. Gteat security let me tell you.
Repair cost= 21k

Roof: we had mentioned concerns about the roof and mr Sunny said he knows for a fact that the roof has plenty of life left on it. And that it was put on in 2015 Wronnnnnng!
Roof replacement =21k

Both bathroom were in horrible condition and the guest bathroom wasnt even functional, bathtub was cracked and the tiles around tub were poping out.
Bathroom repairs= 10k

Solar pannels: we were happy at first thinking we made a great choice by buying a house with solar. When we Asked Sunny Purewal about the solar and their performance, he said he physically saw the last credit that the last owners got from PG&E, wrooonggg. I talked to pg&e and this house never received any credits before and after we moved in, also found out that there isnt even monitoring sysytem put in on solar,meaning you dont know how their operating, and on top of that company that made pannels and company that installed them are both bankrup and closed their business way before i bought home.
Replace solar pannels 20k

Plumbing: they gave me 1,500 toward plumbing because they said it only needed minor repair, wrong again. I have videos and picture of the old plumbing they had, cracks and holes in all the drain sewer lines.
I paid 7k to get them redone.

So i am supposed to not complain when i get stuck with over 100k worth of repairs and i paid full price for house.
I will make sure everyone knows about this place and how they do business

I am usually not the one to try to bash people but i am honestly speaking on this thing and i also got witnesses amd text messages from Sunny Purewal.

When i contacted Sunny Purewal about all these issues, he stated i cant prove anything and that he doesnt remember anything that he had told me before the purchase, so playing stupid pretty much also said to go abead and sue him!
When reaching lut to his broker John Shook, he was very nice at first and told me go ahead and gather estimates for all the repairs and will see what we can do, after i went and got all estimates and spent time to get them done, he stops responding to me until i reached out to his manager, so John Shook calls me and "remeber this is his broker" he sounded angry and aggressive, told me i have no education based of how i speak and that he isnt doing anything to help and to go ahead and kick rocks, mind you i was in immigrant at one point and know multiple languages, so i addmit my grammar isnt the best, but for the fact his basically racially profiled me and told me i dont have in education as be was laughing.
So basically from what i got is, Sunny Purewal is their best top seller for them and they will do anything to protect him.
Thabk you for showing your true colors. And as for the public make your decision wisely when you hire this company.
They will purposely not disclose issues in the home to make a quick sale.
Like i said this isnt to defame anyone because these are facts and i have plenty of proof.
