Absolutely highly recommend the Brannan Palmer Group. I interviewed several other Realtors in that area but went with John and Kristen because the experience they had, the knowledge of their business, the professionalism they displayed, the willingness they had to get the job done and were highly recommended by someone I knew locally. John and Kristen passed all expectations in helping me with the renovations and sale of my parents’ home in California. The Brannan Palmer Group were always available when I needed them and went above and beyond the normal frame of professionalism, in not only the renovations of the property but also in getting above the asking price we had discussed prior to listing with them.

I cannot express the amount of time, effort, detail and hard work they put in to get the property listed and sold, always with a smile on their faces. They helped in all aspects of clearing the property, renovations, repairs, listing and sale. I could not have done it without them, and they went above and beyond the aspects of what you would normally expect. If you are considering using someone else for your Real Estate needs, you are doing yourself a disservice. John and Kristen are simply the best.
