I was referred to Bill Byrd by my brother to assist in selling my mothers home in Novato (Marin County) who passed away. There was a lot to deal with. My moms affairs, personal items, tenant and prepping the home for sale. Bill helped my family with all of it. He consulted on the painting, carpet, cleaning, repairs, home inspection reports, city inspections. He also told us what not to do, he recommended not to remodel the bathrooms and kitchen.
