This is the best rental company by far, hands down!! They are very professional, responsive, respectful and very attentive. I personally communicate with Nicholas Wood who is apart of the property management team. Any time something needed to be fixed or I have any concern, he is on it right away with no hesitation. They do not drag their feet. I feel very comfortable renting from this company and most of all you’re not just a tenant, they actually care. That means a lot to me and my family!!!!! We have a small property management company and used Colby Kinggard to help us rent out around 4 vacant units. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our units rented to great tenants. He provided constant updates, gave status on how are units were looking and what we could improve on to get them leased quicker. He also had an amazing photographer come out to get pictures of all of units for advertising. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a go getter agent to lease their properties. In June my husband and I filled out all the paperwork, paid all the fees and were approved to rent a property from them. They told me to email them the property I was interested in so we emailed them 4 different properties back in June and they said they would contact us to schedule a tour to view them and here it is the middle of August and we still haven't heard from them. We have sent emails and left multiple messages and nothing. Poor service and a waist of money!!! Go somewhere else don't waist your time or money trying to rent from them!!!

My experience from the beginning, throughout the whole selling process, was excellent. When first meeting Chris Coker, I had confidence in him as a realtor in getting my house sold. He understood my situation and the need to downsize due to the health problems of my husband. He helped with planning the sale and how to list the house. He stayed in constant contact with me, since I live so far away and was quick to return all phone calls. He even ran errands for me. Gail Ott was equally impressive and helpful. I wish negative stars were possible. Completely disappointed and put out on the street during winter due to the negligence of Kenneth Bass (REMAX realtor). Tragic that this large company is not helping remedy the SCAM I was put in the middle of by one of their own realtors. Listed on their website was a home for sale that I purchased and after investing my money and moving my family across states, I was forced to move out the day before Thanksgiving due to the realtors ineptness during the sale. BEWARE of Kenneth Bass. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR REALTOR.

Newest Update - Keith Pike (Principal Broker) attempted to reach out to me after this review was made. I tried to explain my circumstances with him however he continued to laugh at my despair and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS REALTY COMPANY. BEWARE!!
