Grace was everything we could hope for in a realtor. She was incredibly responsive every time we contacted her even when we were being a pain in the butt with a million questions. She was patient and attentive every step of the way. She has been providing useful knowledge and insight throughout the entire process. She even continues to check up on us after we have already moved in. She made us feel like she was personally invested in finding the right house for us. I feel like this review doesn't do a good enough job describing how amazing Grace has been. I can't think of any possible way she could improve. Grace found us our dream home.

Jennifer Binkley is by far the best real estate agent I have ever met by far!! I found her information online, called, and she scheduled a quick visit with me on the very same day. I used New Beginnings Realty to sell my home and negotiate the purchase of my new home. Many people told me I would not be able to sell my home as it had some interesting quirks. Not only did Patrick sell my home, from listing to closing the transaction took just 44 days. We had no less than 25 showings within five days, and received a great offer in less than a week from listing. He also help us negotiate several difficult situations when our purchase hit a snag. This is our forever home - but if we ever have to consider selling it, I'm only calling New Beginnings Realty and Patrick Meehan. If you want the best realtor in Ocean County, I suggest you do too.
