I want to extend a huge thanks to Jill Cummings, my realtor. She is hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with in my lifetime. Andy Robinson was our realtor at Remax. If I could I'd give 0 stars I would. The entire selling process was beyond stressful. Andy was horrible at communicating and did not represent us as sellers in a professional knowledgeable manner to say the least. It was so obvious Andy was only interested in a paycheck, he did not care about our best outcome. I reached out to Tammy Owens, his Broker, and asked her to take over, she said she would, but she did not. I was very surprised by this. I sold real estate myself, for 12 years, so I have firsthand knowledge of what the buying & selling process should be like. I was pretty stunned by the treatment of a so called "professional". It was a horrible experience! *Please Note.. in response to Tammy's response to my review.. I was on listing contract as Robert's wife. This demonstrates how uninvolved you were in this transaction. Good Lord!

We were quite impressed with Roger Reeves’ work for us. We were selling a genuine fixer-upper from a thousand miles away. We trusted Roger completely, and he did a really great job handling all the usual details, as well as some unexpected complications that came up. It all went far better than we had thought it would. I just want to say how thankful we are to Kim Fazio. She answered her phone at all times of the night. Went to viewings. My wife worked this woman hard and she delivered with no complaints. We love our home and our neighborhood. Most of all it was nice working with someone who cares about what you want.
