Can't find my previous rating, so making another. Service was quick and friendly. However 4 months after moving in, the landlord is a terror. HE BROKE INTO the apartment claiming there was an emergency. We though we were being robbed. He claims that toilet is leaking to downstairs and we broke it. (we didn't) Then he arrived at 10pm, to take toilet out! We were without until the next evening. (picture of old working still sitting in the hallway, one full day after it was taken out of our bathroom.)
Anyhow, this office deals with some shady landlords. Beware.

My husband and I approached Remax 10 with some hesitancy at the commencement of our housing search. We researched at great length, considered the pros and cons, and ultimately decided to proceed with utilizing Remax for our needs. Doing so was the best decision we made. The company, along with our realtor, Robert Sher, was effective, efficient, upfront, and diligent at all times. What's really impressive is the amount of challenges we presented to Robert and the company, and their determination to overcome each and everyone of those issues. This was accomplished within a month under intense pressure. I recommend this service without any reservation whatsoever. I would definitely use this service again.

I was placed in a position where I needed to find an apartment in less than 30 days. Through a little research, I was fortunate enoungh to find Re/Max10 and meet Robert Sher. From the very beginning, the entire process and experience was pleasant. The staff possessed what I call the three "P"s..Polite, Polished and Professional. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate them a 20. I actually have a referral and I am sure they will be just as satisfied with all they have to offer! #perfectexampleofcustomerservice

I signed up for the 360TenX program, paid $1,125 and walked away empty handed. They claim to find “offers” for apartments for people with poor credit scores and renting history but I never thought these “offers” would be for places that can barely pass as units. I walked away with nothing because I was never comfortable going to see or accepting any “offers”. And they didn’t care they took my money and I walked away empty handed. On two occasions I went to “interview” for an offer and arrived to a makeshift apartment I never had the chance to see photos of anyway. Then I was scolded for not taking photos at these go sees and reminded that I (me the patron LOL) was contractual obligated to take photos of the place and upload them to the companies application, which by the way ,for $1,000, is the only way the employees will communicate with me. No one would get on the phone and address my concerns from the very beginning because they want to record everything for legal reasons! It’s a scam they know people will be dissatisfied in. This has been a nightmare!

RE/ MAX 10 is the worse business to deal with. My spouse and I used them and everything seemed fine. We met the Landlord who was nice. We moved into worse area in Pilsen gun fire, a business across the street that lets its rooster crow day and night. Flashforward 4 months later. The Landlord is a complete terror..He doesn't show up when he says he will , he comes at odd hours. He even broke into our apartment by opening the door and breaking the chain that goes across the doorwhen my spouse and I were sleeping . We thought we were being robbed. The front door is never secure, the windows in the hallways are always left open. Do I need to go on. Save yourself the headache avoid using this business. This place is as secure as the place on Gilligan's island!!!

I was stuck in a difficult situation and had to find an apartment quickly. Robert Sher made one phone call and my problem was solved. Do not hesitate to come to him if you need help.
