Today I was threatened with eviction because they say I have people who live here an excessive company which is false and the cameras an my cameras show and prove that had issues and they are very rude and sarcastic when I tried to address these issues if anyone has information on who to speak with who is professional I would appreciate the correct information. I'm speaking to a few now however I don't really know if they are the ones I need to speak to about certain issues. Thank you.

As a resident I experience Reliant first-hand. Overall the apartment building they manage is kept in decent condition. However, they recently fired an extremely diligent maintenance worker due to false claims that he was a thief and sexual predator. Why management listens to this nonsense is beyond me. In addition, the live-in maintenance person is incompetent and can’t do the simplest tasks. We’ll see how the new owners Pathway LLC does.

After being contact about an apartment I applied for on Housing Connect at first I didn't see the email and a week had passed I tried contacting the person who sent the email, no answer and mailbox was full for several days and is still. Fast forward I emailed a email address that was on the letter Mr Khareem Bailey at the corporate office located at 909 3rd Ave in Manhattan. The most efficient, pleasant, customer friendly, professional, knowledgeable gentleman I've come across in a very long time. Reliant Realty good job in hiring Mr Bailey he's one in a million a rare commodity these days!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! They treat their tenants like garbage because our apartment are based on income, then they do things like hire third party companies to run the amenities in the building that when u signed ur lease u were told u would have access to and now that u moved in, you actually don't have acess unless you agree to follow ridiculous rules that were never mentioned upon signed lease. TABITHA the property manager doesn't care and is in on the conspiracy of getting ppl to sign leases and NOT disclosing accurate or true information. You find out these after you have paid deposits and sign lease..

Despicable people to take advantage of middle class hard work tax paying people!!

if you can avoid moving into these properties please do the management at 745 gates Ave like to call your personal cell phone and harass you for rent yet mice is everywhere kids are tearing the building up. leaks in your apartment same stove and refrigerator for 16 years. Now they are trying to charge you for fixing anything in your apartment 🙄. avoid moving here its like a shelter.

this business is in new york and own property in san antonio i have left over 5 messages and no response over a disabled man trapped upstairs won't move him downstairs fire hazard and disabled act violation im sure 😡

THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE of all TIME THESE SCAMMERS and the property management THAT IS OVER THEIR PROPERTY..PLEASE PLEASE RUN FROM ANY PROPERTY THEY HAVE THEY LIE STEAL AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BAD PART ABOUT IT THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE
