Horrible DISHONEST company! They are there to just scam people. We were told THEY WORK w/ HOUSING in November 2024; So application were submitted along w/ a check for $2250.00 for rental deposit for the month of December 2024 ( clearly written on check). 3rd week of November 2024, Housing told them due to my parents income they were only allowed a monthly rental for less then what is requested. Housing process is complicated as they need to reviewed each place to determine rental allowance. Due to housing notification to Alliance, my parent application was revoked. Our rental agreement clearly stated $2250.00 was a rental deposit for December. Alliance refuse to give my parent back their deposit. Even tho we are in the 3rd week of November still. My parents are up there in age w/ fixed income and my mom is ill on hospice. For a company that told us they work w/ housing is bull shit. We never withdrew our application it was due to housing that’s why alliance couldn’t accept. You guy need to be taken to court and be known for such a dishonest company taking advantage of our elders in the community.

I've been a resident for over ten years. I make sure my rent is paid on time every month and they don't bother me. If they need something of me ,they serve me a proper notice. If I need something of them I usually call the office and schedule a time and date. I don't haggle them about landscaping as I'm the one living here . I just pay myself. Of course there are rent increases and that's normal for today's world. As long as they don't raise it above my means and render me homeless we will continue to get along.

We've been renting through Reliance for multiple years now and they have been very responsive to any issues that have occurred. When we had a plumbing issue after hours, we were concerned that we would be stuck without a bathroom until the following day, but they came through within a couple hours. Highly appreciated!

I moved in December. Anytime I have any issue with something my landlord is on it!! Paying my rent is very easy. It's been a great experience so far! I will continue to rent from them. Even if I need to move I will rent from them for another property.

I lived in Wayside Apartments for about 6 months and it was the worst experience of my life. I had a mouse problem after only living there for about 3 weeks. When doing the walk thru before renting, I noticed that the front door had a gap between the door and the floor which would allow air to come in and out, I pointed this out to Saleem, the landlord and he ensured it would be fixed before I moved in, spoiler alert it took him 4 months to do it. Then the maintenance people were sketchy, they wanted a copy of my key to my door, and when I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that they were very rude and hostile. All of my neighbors were doing drugs and the people living directly next to me were annoyed because my kids were playing during the day (they were not that loud), they would always try to intimidate me because they were close friends with Saleem. The apartment also had a HUGE mold problem in the bathroom and we had to literally beg the man to fix it, his solution was sending the maintenance people to clean with soap and water instead of getting to the root of the problem, which was my last straw and I decided to break my lease, as my kids and my health are too important. Do not rent from this agency, Saleem does not care about his tenants and is a slum lord!!!!!!!!

Trash! They don’t clean your supposed “new home” for nothing. They are a poor representation of real estate! Told me they were going to deep clean the house and it was not! There were stains and webs and dirt and dust left from previous tenants and it’s still there. The lawn mowing they did was so whack! They don’t even try! They basically tell you “you either like it or you don’t” but after the fact that they supposedly had someone clean it! Smfh! Don’t trust them! Don’t buy from them!

I Have been with this company for over 10 years Renting they have always gone above and beyond to make sure they come out and fix anything and everything’s working perfectly fine we feel like part of there family very family oriented and caring understanding people
