Reliance Property Management Company is basically terrible and difficult to deal with. They manage too many properties to do a thorough job. Phone calls and emails are most often not returned by the office. We had damage to our property which they fixed, but their communication skills are absolutely unprofessional and poor. I was spoken to quite rudely and hung up on more than several occasions during the repair process. Their office hours are only 3.5 days a week and they are hard to get in contact with if you need them in a hurry.
We were ignored multiple times by Reliance which was quite stressful; they held back, and were untimely in getting insurance information paperwork to us and were unresponsive to our and our insurance company’s queries for 9 months after our damage occurred while we were trying to settle our insurance claim. When we requested their insurance information, we were told rudely that we were not allowed to call them and they would not give us their name, contact info or claim number! The company they hired to fix our property damage was even worse. They would not respond to us or our insurance company and when they did answer the phone on rare occasions, they told us rudely not to call them and hung up on my husband three times. Neither Reliance or their hired contractors ever spoke to or provided further information to our insurance company after numerous requests, through letters, emails and calls.
All in all, it was unprofessional from beginning to end each time we had to deal with them whether the request or problem was big or small. I notice that they have a new explanation on their website saying how they are dedicated to serving and responding to their clients within a day or two. Perhaps their low ratings have made them examine their routines and policies? Hopefully, they will better treat their current clients.
We no longer own the property and are happy not deal with Reliance.

Nothing but problems over the years dealing with this management company (especially Monica) just never pleasant to talk to regardless of the issue. Can rarely ever reach a person on the phone. They keep changing the way to pay the necessary fees. And then you can’t reach them to get the Info you need. Our fees have consistently gone up and I cannot for the life of me understand why- the property is not well kept. We haven’t gotten an inch of snow in almost 2 years so it’s not snow removal. They don’t power wash the property. It’s becoming run down and un kept, yet our fees went up again. I’m assuming to pay the salaries of the management company employees who, again, don’t answer the phone and rarely respond to your emails. It’s just a poorly run place and a shame. We used to live in Timberglen in Mays Landing and I can tell you- it was a very different place and never once had an issue like we have had for the past 13 years here. Get it together and put our demanded money to use in a way where the owners actually see it going to work, not just into your pocket.

I wrote a review but it seems to be gone. I live in one of their apartments. The new managers (if you can call them that, I personally have never met them) But they don't collect the rent checks, they don't report the problems to the main company to have things fixed. I don't see the point of even calling them managers. The place is going down hill with this new company in charge of the complex. I no longer recommend as a place to live. I wrote to the managers Dec 27th and still have not heard anything from them.

Paid for documents to be completed over two weeks ago Dec 15th ....should only take 72 hours at most.
Called the next day to verify they got the money order!! Confirmed they received it!
I am trying to buy a condo and explained we were on a bit of a time crunch, but totally okay with 72 hours, plus it's a holiday! I get it, no one wants to fill out paperwork.
We did get the paperwork , but it was incomplete and they just gave the number, for us to call the insurance company (their job).
My mortgage guy sent multiple emails detailing all the missing pieces they didn't fill out on the form. Very through too!! He did a great job!
***Although, they say they never received the emails 😑 From Dec 23rd.
When I call, the way I am spoken to on the phone is extremely unprofessional and out right rude. I explained I didn't care whose fault it was, if we could just get these form completed!!!
I continue to keep a professional manner as I didn't want to miss out on a chance to purchase this first home for my family.
We spoke yesterday morning and was promised completed paperwork..still nothing.
Two emails later, I call today at 930 am (opening)...
Again I'm greeted with that wonderful respect 😑.
They claim all the papers have been sent, I asked kindly what time she emailed it so I can inform my mortgage guy. I am then told not to call back for another hour because her computer wasn't turned on and they just got in 😑
At this point I'm not even sure, I want to purchase this condo, if this is the treatment from the property association. Or if the seller even agrees to wait any longer. (Don't blame them!)
Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
While FHA loans can be a struggle, had we just had completed paperwork, we would have already possibly been under contract now. 🤦♀️😩

Had work crews show up to do the outside of our condo at 7 am today. Conveniently the office is now closed on Fridays. Called the emergency number and the contractor they hired said they’ve been doing this a lot recently, poor man’s phone is ringing off the hook on Fridays but the company doesn’t give him any info. the foreman who is outside isn’t allowed to tell us anything. They have windows lined up outside but can’t tell me if they go to our home. What if we weren’t home and strangers replaced our windows without our knowledge and had access to our home without our knowledge. The least they could do is be available by phone to answer questions and not pawn it off on the contractor who doesn’t know anything. Cowards.

I have been living in Lakeside for 2 years. These people are the worst. I had to walk in because they obviously would have never responded to my email. Very unprofessional.
I called to complain about this renter who seems to think they live in the projects and the woman had the audacity to say they don't police their tenants. Really, at 238.00 a month, they should. Horrible.

Warning! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, deceitful, negligent, derisive, rude, ignorant, insidious Home Owners Association management company I have ever encountered. I am a real-estate investor with multiple rental properties in 3 states. I have served on the Board of directors with 3 different Associations for 24 years and employed or experienced working with 5 different management companies. I have never been exposed to any business this inadequate, unqualified and overpriced TRUST ME, STEER CLEAR

I agree with the last review! This company is terrible! They are rude and don't seem to know what they are doing! They are hardly ever available and certainly are not available during the business hours they list on their voice mail. They are overpriced for the so-called "service" that they offer. I would NEVER recommend this place and would like to know how to lodge a complaint and get the community to choose a different company.
