DO NOT sign an agreement with this company!! the management is TERRIBLE. if you hear names like Sergio, Scott, or Natalie, RUN!!!!! they do NOT respond to any questions or requests! Their “security” walks around aimlessly looking at their phones or is sitting down somewhere. the absolute WORST COMPANY i’ve ever dealt with in my life. save yourself the trouble & FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. INCOMPETENCE.

Have been working on a deal with scott since before christmas. We submitted an offer and it was said to be agreed o when i recieved the lease agreement everything looked to be correct util i read all 24 pages and the deposit matched the amount we agreed on for the lease but then tried to put the triple net in the contract on the 22nd page when i asked him about this he said oh thats the triple net the i said we agreed to a specific mount and now you are trying to change it. He agreed to talk to the senior management about it and when i spoke to him today he said a whole different amount than what we had agreed on in the begining really makes me think that they are trying to scam me

I'm an insurance agency with 12 sites and Reliable Properties has been the absolute hardest agency to work with, you will notice constant fluctuation of tenants at their shopping center and mostly is due to the huge hikes on rent amounts, I replaced their AC unit after it was stolen as they refused to replace their equipment, now after having requested my deposit back, its outrageous to see the charges they impose, they now want new windows when the same scratched windows were at the time I occupied the site, new roof tiles, fixing the flush handle on a toilet one that has been there from day one, etc, etc. I will never lease another property from this guys again, terrible management.

Do not work with this company. You will deal with highly incompetent people. You hear the names Richard, Charmaine, and Deborah, you run. If you read this, do yourself a favor and pass. It's not worth it to deal with these people.
