I've worked at Regus Wiesbaden since 2018.

Not only is it the best office space in Wiesbaden (with the added benefits of the huge IWG/Regus global chain being available when I am travelling), but:
- it is very conveniently located,
- it has the best office management team I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by,
AND
- the infrastructure (internet speeds, office options, etc) and amenities are top notch.

Extremely convenient also, is to have my post and packages delivered here.

I feel a special mention should go to Mrs. Fox and Ms. Hörskens whom have both been exemplary in their office management duties over the years.

Good traditional shared office space trying to emulate co-working spaces. Effectiveness with decor and modern office furnishings. Not such a great communal atmosphere as we've come to expect from independent co-working spaces

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang, die jeden meiner Kollegen sehr freundlich und persönlich begrüßt hat. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung und Information zu Getränken, Kaffee und dem Aufenthalt. Zudem haben wir direkt Unterstützung erhalten, da der Raum versehentlich überbucht wurde und so ein Sitzplatz fehlte. Gutes Preisleistungsniveau und faire Preise für die Getränke. Buchung einfach per App und Zahlung per Kreditkarte. Rechnung wird korrekt per Email zugesendet. Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort, sowohl zu internen aber auch externen Terminen mit Kunden und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Parkplätze sind verbesserungsfähig, da keine zur Verfügung stehen.

25. Juli 2023, um 10:51 angerufen: Keiner geht ans Telefon. Ansage vom Band: "Sie rufen außerhalb unserer Geschäftszeiten an, diese sind: Montag bis Freitag von 9-17 Uhr." BRAVO! - So fährt man einen guten Firmennamen an die Wand! Ich hatte schon am Vortag auf Band gesprochen. Keine Rückmeldung!

das ist eine totale Katastrophe, nie im Leben einen Vertrag mit ihnen abschließen, es gibt einen ständigen Personenwechsel, die Post kann nicht immer einen Brief zustellen, die Kündigung des Vertrages wird so illegal wie möglich verlängert, auch nach der Kündigung.
