TRIGGER WARNING: harassment

I was physically harassed here on my second day after I paid in full for a month.

I brought this to the attention of the sales team and to the regional manager immediately and privately and I suggested a refund so I could work elsewhere. My requests were refused completely and zero effort was made to make things right or to increase my comfort or to adjust my payment. This was 2 months ago.

I recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

SO happy with my stay at the Regus! I got the tiniest office in the place (no windows), but they let me outfit it with my own furniture and I love coming in to work every day! It's exactly what I needed to get some work space away from home; a plug-and-play spot where I can focus. It's bright, quiet, and cozy; and the super-friendly Regus staff are always there to help with deliveries, mail, visitors, etc. Highly recommend!

As a financial advisor I work out of my home, so I need a nice office for meeting clients. The San Rafael Regus office has been my 'office' for almost a decade, and I've always had a good experience there.

Their staff is particularly good at accommodating my clients and myself as we play 'musical chairs' with everyone's available time slots for appointments. This is a huge help to me.

I have been renting two offices from Regus in San Rafael. The two front desk personnel are amazing, Jabari and Maggie. They both are always making sure that all clients are well taken care of. Jabari and Maggie have even become appliance repair technicians when the coffee machine breaks down to make sure everyone is happy and can function with their cup of joe. The manager Bill can be reached at all times and is exceedingly helpful.

The office staff is very helpful and makes my work life easier. The offices are comfortable and the kitchen is kept clean and tidy. Bill and the others work so hard to make our clients and our lives easier that I give the company 5 stars.

Do be careful of agreements that you sign with the Regus and know that there are often things that will catch you up if you're not careful. The corporation is very quick to take your dollars and much slower to correct its errors.
