Living here had been the most miserable experience in my life. I've never met more vindictive miserable old people in my life. It seems they have no purpose in life anymore so they spend that energy fining and harassing people constantly. It's a house here in RW not a home. You're not allowed to park on the street or at the always vacant club house so if you have more than 2 cars they will fine you even though there's nowhere to park. if you have a dog they will fine you. If you have a window AC unit they will fine you. if your newspaper is left outside in your property for more than a day they will fine you. The neighbors are very rude, spiteful and impersonal. I've
had to hire attorneys left and right to deal with more than $5000+ in "fines" because of these lifeless people. The place is a mess with no community. I do not recommend moving here.

I attended a funeral repass at the community club house. The building is very nice. It is an extremely kozy place.

The rooms are decorated well with sofas and book shelves, card tables, chairs, and it is very clean.

I would want to live in this community for the clubhouse alone.

Their is a hideous drainage basin across the street though. Not to pretty of a sight for such a nice community.
