Do not rent with this company. Me and my family we live here for over 3 years. We constantly have to remind to come fix something cause they wouldn't come at all. The heater and ac don't even work! My family have to buy our own heater during the winter and our own AC during the summer to keep us cool and warm! The kitchen wood was moly! Like really moly and they wouldn't fix it until we send the state inspection to come check it out and it wasn't save so they finally fix it with cheap paint on top of it to cover the mold after 3 years. We constantly have to take picture and videos of what day we turn in our checks for rent to have proof that we turn it in on time cause they will purposely charge us late fee every time for no reason when we turn it in on time! When they do send people out to fix stuff, they people are rude and do a shitty job!They didn't come to fix anything but break it even more.The picture of the sink is when they come cover the mold around the sink but end up breaking the sink wall so they glue it back on. They fix the shower head and water was leaking out of it, spraying it to the wall instead which you can clearly see in the picture so my dad fix it himself.When we first move in we check out the back of the garage and there was LOTS of dog poop that wasn't clean up from whoever live there before us which was disgusting! Everything about the house was in bad condition. It wasn't safe to live in. We got inspection to come in and they found out we have lead poisoning in the house, mold in a lots of places, and weird stuff in the water we shower. The papers were sent to Regency's to fix it and when they did fix it was cheap work and evacuated us out cause apparently" we were asking for too much"'. They were just lazy and cheap! NO MATTER HOW APPEALING IT SEEMS!

I'm so disappointed with Regency Property Management and how they handle tenants, past and present. I lived on one of their properties for a year. It was infested with roaches. Had to call repeatedly in order to get the apartment sprayed. The roaches were so bad that they destroyed to computer in the dishwasher. They sent the parts for the dishwasher but never sent a technician to repair it. Our refrigerator leaked the entire time we had it. Getting the property manger to answer her phone was like pulling teeth. Then following up after move out has been difficult as well. Turns out the property manager didn't date my move out paperwork when we were together, then tried to date it to make it look like we stayed an additional two months after we had left and done the walk through. Why doesn't anyone have any answers? We payed double deposit as well. It feels like they are lying to keep all of the deposit. I could be wrong, but who's to say since they don't answer the phone or return calls.

Regency will never have my business again, but not before there's a resolution to this issue.

Update so 2 years later if I knew this I would of just waited before putting down a deposit! I put down almost 1900 on deposit they charge you $61-63 dollars a day to have the listing off the website. Thats alot of money i lost out on $630 for 10 days. !!!!! for it to be tookn off the website. wish someone told me this I would of waited .it was cool cause I got approved but not worth losing all that money.

Every time we need Arlene in Fresno office always return call e mail same day even after hours . Great service thanks for your dedication
