If I could give this place more than a five star, I would. From the moment we showed up and started asking questions, We were immediately welcomed And helped. We dealt with Carla and she was fantastic. She was on her lunch break and took time to still answer questions for us show us around and help us with all of our application needs. She ensured we had a smooth process and was available at all times for questions and assistance. We are super pleased with management and with the community. Thank you Carla!

Redwood's maintenance team is amazing.!!! They don't take long to come out for your issue and I've never had to call them back because the issue still existed. (By the way, they're very courteous and pleasant). Thumbs up all the around.🙂

Moving is never easy, so it's such a nice surprise when you come across a management company that makes the entire process less dreadful, and that's exactly what my experience with Redwood Property was. Community Manager, Alexis Villadores, specifically made the entire process feel like a breeze. She was incredibly amicable, attentive and thoughtful from beginning to end and made sure every concern I had was addressed. It was truly a pleasure working through this move with her and her assistant Kendall who was the person that initially showed me the apartment. She was super sweet upon meeting me and kind to my dog, which was important to me as not all management properties care for a person's furry companion. All in all, I'm thankful to be where I am now and highly recommend anyone apartment hunting to reach out to Redwood Property!

The team at Redwood Property Management truly made this experience as smooth and easy as possible. Alexis was WONDERFUL, going above and beyond to ensure I was approved for my new apartment and made the procedure a breeze! She handled any and all concerns or questions I had efficiently and professionally and made me feel comfortable through out the entire process. She helped to relieve any stress that can occur during the moving process and got me the apartment I wanted. My move was great, the property manager communicated in a timely manner and explained the process thoroughly. My apartment is clean, no bad odors, the kitchen floor is nice, it has new carpets, the rooms are spacious, and there's so much storage space!

The day before I moved in, I got sick. Gus was awesome doing a quick walk through and going over all of the paperwork fast, but not so fast I couldn’t follow him. So far everything seems pretty good. Glad I decided to move here!

We were stressing out because we had a very short time period to move out of state. Thankfully Nazan and her team in Sacramento did so much and were wonderful during the moving process. The property manager Paula Reeves was extremely helpful and made the process super smooth and easy I’m extremely grateful for the kindness she showed me this was my first apartment and I can say I’m overjoyed with the choice I’ve made the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful just what I was looking for ! Would definitely recommend if looking for a place to call home.
