We're absolutely thrilled with our experience at Redwood Crystal Lake! From the initial tour to move-in day and beyond, the staff has been exceptional.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our decision to make Redwood Crystal Lake our home. On move-in day, the team was friendly, helpful, and patient, making the transition seamless.

Even after nearly a month of living here, the manager continues to be responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns we may have.

Overall, we're so grateful to have found Redwood Crystal Lake. The community is fantastic, and we feel right at home. If you're looking for a welcoming and supportive living environment, look no further!

Updated. We had a rough move in when things were not really move in ready. Management was as shocked as we were as some of the things that were found for new construction. They are now working to repair the problems that they can, as quickly as possible. It's a beautiful community with some growing pains, but I think it will continue to improve, and will update again as it does.

La'Toia did an amazing job from the initial meet and greet to receiving my keys and the move in walk through. The customer service was excellent! I hope my experience living on property is just the same.

La'Toia is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were happy she was able to change our tour to an earlier time due to a snow storm. We love the property and are hopeful that Redwood Crystal Lake will be our new home.
