the only thing that is good out of my 7 month experience living here so far is that i have a big back yard and can relax. other than that it has been the most insane treatment that ive ever had from a rental company and i have rented in four different states. i have damage from animals and maintenance requests that have sat for MONTHS with zero regard for my health safety or living situation. nothing in the lease mentions a single thing but they will try to charge you for work done to the house that was shitily "fixed up" before I moved in. if you try to explain what youre dealing with they will belittle you and tell you its your fault that a pipe breaks. Please save yourself the anxiety and low standard of hospitality and be prepared to be treated as trash if you rent with them. there is nothing professional about them and they actually gave me a key that did not unlock anything when i moved in which is worrisome. All i have done since i moved in in Oct is treat them with respect and try to be calm but it is of no use.

I suggest NOBODY RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don't even see how they still open. They half do there houses and don't wanna do nothing to make u comfortable. No closet doors and other stuff that a normal house will have and they not gone out no money into it for simple stuff. They talk to you crazy over the phone like your a child and They want you (tenant) to do there job. THE WORST COMPANY THERE IS IN ALABAMA!!! I give the a -5 star if I could. Save yourself the headache and find a better company to rent from

Slow response times, doesn’t handle maintenance requests promptly, waited a month for them to even acknowledge the request. Expected renter to fund and make repairs. Just overall trash service

I have called 5+ times in the past month trying to get documentation regarding a property that was previously managed by this company with NO response. Extremely frustrating. I would NOT recommend this company for any property management services.
