I highly recommend this company. I rented an apartment but couldn't fulfill the contract. I spoke to Lindsey and she said it was fine. I just had to wait for someone to rent my apartment right when I left so my credit wouldn't be affected. I was surprised how quickly they found someone else. Even though I broke the contract, they gave me my deposit back. I really didn't expect that. Any other company would have kept my deposit. I highly recommend red brick property management

Great property management company to rent with. Friendly staff and no complaints here. Work orders usually get taken care of within good time frame too. Online portals to pay rent and submit work orders make things very easy too. I would recommend them over other property management companies in Merced.

I have been at a property a little over a year. Not once has the propery management called me back within a couple days.. Takes weeks usually and i would have to call multiple times to remind them im waiting for a call. As for the maintenance well they've proven that not only does it take about a week minimum to get somebody to show but the quality of repair work is lowest of standards. Took about 5 and a half weeks to get a leak fixed in my bathroom then Shane the property manager threatened to charge me for any water damage caused even though it was reported on my end immediately.. Just neglected by them Currently have been waiting since june to have my kitchen cabinets repaired... Months... Even though ive paid my rent in full ontime every month since pandemic began they cant seem to manage to uphold their end of things... I get attitude and excuses where they should just be professional and do their job. Would not recommend. Not worth 1 star... UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner on my home phone. Offered me a hundred bucks to remove my review!! Wonder how many times this has happened

Poor property management. I feel sorry for the home owners that hire this company to overlook there properties. I see now why they do NOT post pictures on certain properties for rent that state they are move in ready. THIS IS A RED FLAG ! They have you apply first in order to view property then never never call to schedule a viewing of rental that has no pictures( hello everyone has a smart phone to take pics) property is not move in ready drove by to get a better idea of what I applied for just to see homeless people partying there trashing the place..home owners beware of this company!

Ive been a renter for almost 10 years now and Ive rented from Red Brick for the past 5 years. They are the best to deal with, great customer service with a family atmosphere.
