Representatives Mike & Dora, unresponsive to numerous complaints of property while being rented and during vacancy. Dead trees, yard infested and unkept, shed moulded and structure in not stable. Build on wood framed with suitcases, rocks and bolts. Home has been cited by the city and HOA in violation of CC & Rs. Owner and management company are one hair shy of slum Lords. Inside home is outdated with infested german cockroaches and passed termites. As a neighbor and dear friend to the 2 previous renters. Please chose wisely and please fix this property…INSIDE & OUT! . Shame on you!!!

My experience inquiring, viewing, applying for and eventually renting an apartment from Realty Roundup was totally stress-free and fantastic. Ever since first inquiring about an apartment, everyone at the company I've spoken with or have interacted with have been kind and patient. By far the best experience finding and renting an apartment I've ever had. I have been renting for over 4 months now and have had zero issues with anything. The place was in great condition when I moved in and my neighbor's are all great people. The online portal for paying rent and other information works great and I've had no issues. On top of all that I opened my mailbox before Christmas and there was a holiday gift card from the owner, very kind of them. I look forward to continuing to rent from this company.

Applied for a home for rent, heard back about a week or two later asking for updated paystubs, provided those that day, never heard back. I prequalified for a $340k home loan after this so let’s not say I didn’t make the cut. I couldn’t get a response back to whether I qualified for the home or not that they were renting. It is very unfortunately, seems like a SCAM. Who takes $80 In application money and never updates an applicant?

I got a chance to view a house. I took a tour with julie and she was very nice. I was very interested in the house, but before I applied I informed her that I don’t have any established credit and I just got my first credit card a month ago. She told me, “no credit is better than bad credit” and gave me the application because we had great rental history and made more than the requirements for the income. I felt confident until she informed me that she transferred my application to Lyn. My first impression, VERY RUDE. She talks to you like she wants to rush you off the phone. For example, I had emailed my application and documents but they needed addition paperwork. On the phone I asked her what I needed, she replied “look at my email”. ? Why can’t you just tell me? She’s rude and seems like she just wants to take your money for the application fees. They don’t try to help or work with you. AVOID DEALING WITH HER!

I am a tenant of this property management company since 2015. Everytime I have ever contacted them, they have been very rude and disrespectful. I am now currently in the process of moving out of the property. I paid my last months rent and I am supposed to leave the property by the end of the month. Dora Mireles, an agent at this company, has been calling me continuously for the past 2 days. This evening, she visited my home while my sister of 18 and brother of 3 were inside. I was told she was knocking on the door and ringing the bell histerically and as a result, scared my baby brother. I find this very disturbing and unprofessional. I suggest whoever intents to make business with this company does not.They are unprofessional, nonchalant, and are uncoordinated. The only reason I remained in business with this company is because my landlord is a great person. Once again, I suggest to not make business with this company.
