I would 100% recommend working with a different company. There are SO many realtors in Lake Havasu City! Make sure you’re dealing with someone who has your back and doesn’t make excuses.
I have purchased 12 homes and this was by far my worst experience. I have ended up working with the seller/buyer directly more than my own realtor.

Update I saw the owner response. I wanted to have a private conversation so I emailed the main office and no one has responded.

Absolutely avoid this company. They have terrible business practices and take more than 10% without even letting the seller know and then they have another agent come in and take another 5%. More than 15% commission. Stay away!

They took a ridiculous cut of more than 10%. Do not choose this company!!! $23k sale and they took $2.5k plus the other agent took $1.25k and I don’t even know who they are. Completely insane $3.75k for a $23k sale.

Was unfortunately put in touch with Matthew Krumwiede through the Realtor app. I was looking to buy some land, they connected me through to him, I start explaining what I wanted, and within 10 seconds he cuts me off, talks over me, and says "sounds like you already have an agent good luck" and hangs up. I don't have an agent and have no idea how he came to that conclusion from what I started to say. I tried saying that I don't, but he had already hung up on me. Then I get a text and hour later saying he looks forward to working together. (May be an automated message through the system). I'm just blown away by how unprofessional he was. Mind blown why any group would want him on their staff.

Had the pleasure of working with Crystal Callagy from Mountain Desert to sell my mothers home. Crystal was great to work with. She helped us price the home in this crazy real estate market, got several offers inside a week, negotiated a great close and handled all the details. Who could ask for more! Highly recommended. She rocks! Call this woman if you want the BEST to sell your home.

Its in my opinion that realty one group is unprofessional to say the least. Theres no compromise with them and they only do whats best for realty one. As you can see im not the only one writing a bad review on this group. Like i said it my opinion and its also my opinion that Carrie swift is the worst of them all. She should change her name to Carrie Swindle. Highly un-recommended
