This agency has an agent by the name of Lisette Solis. She is by far the worst she is unprofessional and not dedicated to her job let me start by saying this. We were supposed to rent a house from her/them on 6166 Coke Ave., Long Beach and she made us sign a contract and send the deposit and everything..so we did . but she had people “taking car of the house” when moving day came , the people said that they were not gonna leave.. They said lissete owed them a lot of money so they were not gonna leave and they are living there rent free we gave our deposit We gave our 30 day notice were we were at and she didn’t do anything about it. Also, the people that were there said that she had sold an apartment for her, but she has not heard anything from her.
so we were trying to contact her no answer no response we emailed her we message her. We called her no answer. I think she should be held accountable for her actions till this day she has not responded back. She now leaves three families with no home . We are moving from hotel to hotel because we gave our 30 day notice in our old house now she is not responding. I hope the agency does something about her. I have all The proof And still, she doesn’t get back … I really hope you guys do something about her because she gives you guys a bad image..
And anybody who wants to make business With her should think about it twice She is not professional at all
