I love being a part of Realty Mark Central. As a Realtor, I am able to successfully manage my own business while have great support and resources from my Broker. Unlike other Real Estate Companies, Realty Mark offers 100% commission and does not charge outrageous fees. They offer many free things like Continuing Education Courses, Errors and Omissions Insurance and recently added concierge services to help with administrative tasks. That is just to name a few. I am a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and am grateful to have found a company that I can count on, who does not take half of my commission. Best place for a Realtor to hang their license!

I wish I could give 0 stars for this very rude, disrespectful, disgusting women..Natalie Vane Schanne who works for this particular agency. I saw that she had some rooms for rent posted up on the Facebook market in Ewing NJ, I am a citizen of Ewing, NJ and have been living here all my life and I was searching for a room for rent for my boyfriend and I and my one cat. I responded to her listing immediately and asked her about a room for rent and she responded back uninterested in me saying “I think you need an apartment” I then explained to her that our credit isn’t in good standing right now to get an apartment and went no further into detail that it would only be for a year until we were ready to get an apartment. She then responded to me saying she didn’t have anything available for us and that she charges $400 more for an extra person. I was fine with that, however, she had another post listed up that stated one room for rent was $696 plus $300 for 2 people, so she basically lied to me. By then I could tell she was judging me based on my skin color and was completely uninterested in helping me because she most likely thought I didn’t have the money to afford anything. I then responded to her about that particular listing where it was stated $300 for a 2nd person and corrected her. She then responded to me throwing more numbers at me, and I personally felt she did this on purpose to scare me away as if i was dumb and I couldn’t afford the numbers she threw at me. I responded politely to her after that and told her that she should really work on her professional skills and that’s when she got really rude and disrespectful and the conversation went in a different direction, she responded to me “Calling you stupid for messing up your credit and living with your boyfriend would be rude. I said no such thing.” Basically she was implying that I was stupid for living with my boyfriend and messing up my credit, which my credit is not messed up, I have no credit because I’m young and I just graduated college last year. I am not normally rude to people at all but after she responded that horrible comment she made about me, basically judging me, I felt disrespected and I felt I needed to defend myself so I got rude right back with her. I shouldn’t have stepped out of character in the manner I did, However, no real estate agent shouldn’t be replying to a potential buyer or renter like how she did with me. She was very unprofessional and very rude and I don’t think she should be in the real estate business with a nasty judgmental attitude like that. If nothing is done about this, I will be contacting your corporate offices as to how she treated me so low and disrespectful! I have proof! She also works for another agency in DC as well which I will be reporting her to as well. What kind of people are you guys hiring?

This realty group is beyond unprofessional, to the point of scamming. They use non licensed workers to do the renovation in the homes they flip. I advise you to not buy a home or work with them as the eventual outcome could leave with financial issues for years after purchase. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business. Please do your research before working with a company like this.

Beware purchasing a house from this realtor-Johnny Nunez—he sold us a house where they promised to fix an issue with the main water line and instead did not do the work and provided us with fake documentation. Highly untrustworthy.

I had a realtor show me an apartment in princeton and I have already seen several places before this so I typically like to converse with the realtor and talk about the place I’m seeing. While I know I’m early into looking at places since I can’t rent till April- all relators have had no problem with showing me apartments since I wanna know the areas and know where I wanna live while at school. As for the realtor Judy P, she did not want to converse with me or the people that would be living with me, we kept trying to hold doors for her but she declined our offers and at the end of the tour we asked how early we would have to move in and when we told her, not till April, she immediately rudley responses “oh no this will not be here. why are you wasting people’s time so early. Don’t waste people’s times if you can’t rent right now”. When I responsed “well the house i’m seeing next is available then” she responded “well that’s your house then”. She was so rude and all other relators have been very understand and EVEN willing to HELP ME OUT since it would benefit them. I did not like my experience with this agency
