I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is a horribly corrupt rental company who neglects extreme maintenance/health hazard issues such as black mold and takes advantage of low income people. I was extremely sick for months living at one of their properties and they wouldn’t return any maintenance requests until I threatened to sue and got a doctor involved. They were extremely gaslighting, unhelpful, and hostile from the beginning of trying to get the mold issue fixed. They also then refused to share the testing results from the mold inspector they only brought by after MONTHS of telling them my second floor tub is sinking into my floor. We even had a plumber come by when the first leak happened and say that it was dangerous to use the tub. Yet nothing was done. The landlord would also try to drop by to my apartment unannounced anytime he wanted, which is illegal. The landlord would also then send over his own plumber/contractor friends to tell us there was no issue, but I wouldn’t accept that. FINALLY, after fighting back with them, they brought another plumber who admitted the entire bathroom would need to be redone and they would have to pay for me to stay in a hotel while they fix it. I had to get the Portland Housing Bureau involved JUST to get my security deposit back from this entire mess because they are greedy vindictive money hungry monsters who were mad I didn’t let them take advantage of me like they do with all their renters. Also, while moving out, the landlord would drive by each day slowly while watching us pack our van. I have an entire google doc of photos, texts, and email exchanges showing how horrible they were to deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE VIPERS. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WORKING CLASS.

I've lived in one of there properties for two years and for the past 6 months l've been calling, emailing, and texting them and have been ignored during the whole process.
I've still yet to hear about another lease agreement 5 days!! From the end of my current lease. The very few times they've reached back out to me was only to
"bandaid" the problems with the property so they can try and justify us paying more for a new lease when nothing has added to the property's value

Being a Quality Property Manager can be a thankless job (I know because I used to be one!).. I must give thanks to the hard work and dedication that I’ve witnessed RMA routinely display when protecting their rental properties while caring for tenant needs. Keep up the good work Y’all!

This is a horrible company to rent property from. They quite literally never answer the phone, and take weeks and multiple notices to get any maintenance work done. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from, only rent from these awful individuals if you absolutely need to.

This Company has bad business Practices! I wish I could give them -3 stars. After deciding not to renew a lease they tried to issue a rent receipt with an incorrect date of 10 Days past due date in order to keep Security deposit. Will make You Wait over a month to return deposit even when You Leave Property better than You recived it, and still Dock You for BS. I would definitely Not recommend this company to anyone.

This company has corrupt business practices. I had an appointment for viewing, was told I was the first in line, then showed up for my appointment EARLY with application complete and the agent had already opened the door, 20 minutes before our appointment, and accepted application from someone else. He excused denying me my viewing appointment time by saying "people say they are going to do things all the time and don't do them", then took my application and payment as a backup. He said that my application fee would be refunded if they did not run my application. I have called the office several times to get an update and keep getting told they are still processing application on this rental, but I turned my application in about a month ago! So I drove by the place and there are people living there!! It seems as though RMA thinks it's okay to waste people's time, money and screw with other people's families and livelihood for their own profits.... If I could give negative -5 stars, I would.

I highly recommend Kristin Simpson of RMAOregon, Kristin is very professional, methodical, trustworthy and a well organised property manager, who keeps impeccable records. Kristin works very hard at screening tenants and making sure you get the best results for your properties.
