Slumlords and thieves. They leave the properties in disrepair.

Heat went out several times during <20 deg weather over the winter for over a month total (a safety hazard for the many elderly and disabled people in the building) and they did nothing until several residents called the city. They promised space heaters- I (alone out of the neighbors I know) finally got one delivered on the day I called the city because they "heard you complained"- only to later see it charged (beyond the actual price, ofc) on my security deposit. Parts of properties are not up to code (see pics) and create perfect fall conditions. They rent cheap to specific residents to surveil and harass the rest of the building. If you have the option, don't bother with them.
