Alison Callow, our real estate agent, was tremendous in every way and we cannot give her enough accolades! From the first time we met her, she had a game plan already laid out as to how the home would be listed, and the date home would be listed to ensure the optimum time to attract buyers. Alison even priced the home to ensure we would receive offers very quickly. Alison even staged the home in such a way that every detail, no matter how small, was done properly. And we received an offer on the third day the home went up for sale! And it was over asking price! Alison's kindness and compassion for us, and professionalism and knowledge of the current, past and future market conditions and real estate knowledge is impeccable. Alison even gave us practical and reliable advice throughout the entire home selling process to ensure all bases were covered and there would be no surprises. For example, Alison recommended us to have a septic system inspection done prior to a buyer even making an offer to ensure there would be no issues or problems with the septic system. Alison was in contact with us countless times throughout the entire process constantly giving us updates, via both telephone and email, several times a week. These updates were tremendous as they gave us reassurance and comfort that the entire process was going smooth without any real issues.
