tried calling the emergency number and was met by passive hostility and refusal to hear about an unattended open flame. This is why units keep burning down around here and I am no longer giving the common courtesy to report them. Will just take my chances whichever the wind blows on this or home burglary. I didn't see anything.

RealManage is quite possibly the worst management company ever. They don't have an option to pay HOA fees automatically on the 1st of the month (when they are due). The options are the 2nd day of the month or the 5th day of the month. Because of this you will be charged a late fee and if you have a question it takes customer service 2 weeks to respond. Stay far away from this horrible company!

Do not use RealManage! Our HOA transitioned to RealManage and they charged me a late fee for HOA dues even though I signed up for autopay immediately. I emailed them about this issue and it took them over a week to respond. Horrible customer service do not use this company.

RealManage is not a reliable management company. It takes months for things to get resolved – I had a water leak issue from a neighbor that the HOA was supposed to cover that they had me cover out of pocket and they still haven't paid me 8 months later. My HOA ended up switching management companies from them and they promised to resolve it before the switch but didn't, and now I have to explain the whole issue from last year again to the new management company.

In my opinion, RealManage is a lousy HOA management company. I encourage you to check Yelp and read through the comments before you make any decisions. In my experience, they are not sincere and professional with the communities I’ve lived in and they seem to recommend contractors that do sub-standard work. Its been nothing but disingenuous, frustrating, and disappointing. The picture serves as an example of a recommended contractor of RealManage. We haven’t heard from either of them in weeks and no sign of resolution in over a month and counting. It feels like a scam. My dues are not cheap either. I would recommend my Board switch to a more reliable management group.

Working with Natascha Hoover at Real Manage has been one of the worst experiences ever. She is totally unresponsive, and unreachable. If you have any type of question about an HOA, she will not give you an answer but instead direct you to purchase the documents on RealManage's website. I deal with a lot of HOA's in Marin County, CA and can honestly say, the Novato office of Real Manage is by far the worst I have every dealt with. Even the owners of the HOA can't reach her. Totally unacceptable.

I've been an owner at the Meadows of Terra Linda since 1978 so I've been working with RealManage since they came on board as the HOA's property management group. Aletha Ruiz has been my contact person at RealManage for a long time. So long, I'm not sure just how long. But I am totally sure that Aletha has provided first rate service to me when I've requested her help. She's been responsive, knowledgeable, hugely helpful and always professional in her interactions with me. I'm very grateful for all of her help over the years she's been providing support to The Meadows. I congratulate RealManage on hiring someone so capable, courteous and kind. Cheers!

A community association management company is only as good as its employees, and the community association managers are the front line, and as such their roles are of paramount importance. Thankfully RealManage has stars like Shelly O'Sullivan. Shelly took over management of our community in February 2017. She got herself up to speed remarkably quickly, and she managed our HOA flawlessly and with a sense of humor all year. Thank you Shelly for your excellent work! And thank you RealManage for hiring terrific people like Shelly!
