I give Mario and his team at RPM Paramount my highest recommendation. They took over property management for me in the middle of the pandemic after a number of difficulties with a previous company. Mario and his team stepped in and systematically corrected the mistakes the last company made and implemented new systems to get things running smoothly.They are skillful communicators, customer service is a priority, they are very fair, professional, knowledgeable, highly organized, and diplomatic. Mario and team are the best of the best. I have 3 building over 25+ units each managed by him and his team for 2 years now. Great team to work with. They do the management on my HOA and a portfolio of a few duplexes and they are on top of it all.

One of the best management companies I have dealt with in years. I wished I have hired them sooner!!!!

When I call them there is always someone (a real person) picking up the phone and assisting me with whatever I or the tenants need. Quick fast response !

I finally found someone that really cares about my investment. The costumer service is the best and there is no time wasted in finding the right telephone tree. They always pick up the phone and deal with your concerns right away. They assign a property manager to your account and he’ll always be the one answering the phone.
