I lived in fruita flats# 25 it was a cute little starter apartment for me. It was close to work. I loved it there the neighbors are nice. Nice walking distance to down town. The app that they use was very easy to pay rent. Never had any problems. Thank you RPM.

Five stars! The app they use is easy to use and it makes paying your rent a breeze. Everything downtown is within walking distance which was an absolute Delight! The views from the patio you can see the beautiful mountains and watch the sunset over them!

I have rented from RPM for three years now. Two different locations. They are great at communicating with me. They are very understanding. I would definitely recommend renting from them. If something is broken, they come in a timely manner.

I needed a place to stay on short notice last year due to work relocation and RPM worked directly with me getting squared away in a studio apartment. Upon completion of the lease terms, I decided to stay and extend the lease. Scheduling maintenance, if needed, is a simple thanks to their well-designed Web Portal. I am moving out of state, again for job relocation, yet in future, should I have the need, I know I can rely on RPM to get me resettled.

They found a loophole in renting. They leave rooms vacant for 6 months, don’t disclose bedbugs and then sign new tenants. The bugs just move from one studio to another. Technically meets the law, but in low class and taste. Made so many lives difficult including my own. Don’t recommend to my worst enemy. I have been asked before to take down bad reviews and this time I will not.

Fantastic company. Always doing their best to make residents happy. I've never known a company to be so flexible and forgiving. They could charge fees, but if you communicate your situation, they are always willing to accommodate.

I rented there they wanted an ungodly amount upfront. The entire building was infested with roaches. I'd made several maintenance requests all of which were never fulfilled. This company truly takes advantage and upon an eviction notice I was charged over 4 grand. None of the fees were in the lease agreement and the water didn't work. 0/10 DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

A special shoutout to Katelynn in the front office—she's the best! Communication with her was always easy and prompt, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. She really went above and beyond to help us with our specific needs.

We only had one maintenance request and it was responded to and addressed quickly.

Overall, I believe the value for the cost is excellent. I highly recommend RPM to anyone seeking reliable, affordable properties especially college students that may not want roommates.
