RPM/Jeff Smith is a fantastic property manager. I worked with him for over 10 years on my rental while living in another state. He was professional and attentive and helped me with a couple of HOA issues that I had struggled to fix on my own. It was a comfort to know Jeff was there to assist onsite when needed. Jeff helped navigate the replacement of various items throughout our contracted time and I always received great pricing and excellent service from him and his vendors. Their work was always timely and cost-effective.

Lived here for 3 years. Neighbors became family. I really like that if you have any issue they have a maintenance request app so you can summit your issues and the response time is very reasonable. Jeff and his team were always a call away. AC broke in the beginning of July the size was special order so they gave us temporary one right away before the new one arrived. Small stuff like that and quick thinking goes along way. Never once got bothered from Real property management. Reason why we moved is because we are a plus 3 now.

Excellent Services! Have been a landlord customer of RPM for 5+ years and Jeff has been great managing our 3 rental properties and taking care of literally everything for us, including legal disputes and evictions. He also takes care of our tenants very well, genuinelly cares about people. Highly recommended!
