Real Property Management is a middle of the road management company. In my experience they handle payments relatively smoothly and generally keep you out of tenant related matters. But there are some deficiencies that would stop me from recommending them. Needs to improve on their documentation, no real backup to speak of and payment timeliness was much later than relayed. In addition while they stated they preform initial and periodic inspections during their management time, I had received none during my time.

Been waiting 2 weeks to hear back about a washing machine. Ours broke and they have not gotten back to us. Hoping this might get me somewhere.

No calls back, no answers when you call them and leave a message. No response to emails. What am I supposed to do, buy my own washing machine and deduct it from my rent payment?
