As a homeowner looking for a property manager, the primary concern is return on investment and ease of operation. With Real Property Management, we have had an exceptional ease of operation and a competitive return on investment. Other managers were slow to respond and did not show even close to the same level of attentiveness. RPM also uses a industry leader for their online portal so payment/paperwork are seamless and easy to monitor.

Also, RPM is partnered with a company that will guarantee your rental income regardless of whether the renters just won't pay or if they have to leave due to a military move.
