I see nothing but good reviews and i wish i shared a similar experience. This company acted so out of the norm with me. Everything seemed to be going good until my home owner didnt renew his contract with them. Turned me over to a debt collector for overages that they agreed were not any issue i could control. Was never anything but nice to these people. And for 1/2 the year i paid the overages . They stopped charging me up until the end and tacked them on. Bad business. See why the owner terminated the contract with them.

Whoever answers the phone here is incredibly rude. I haven't rented in years so I had a few questions about their requirements and the application process. He reluctantly answered 2 questions and then said that he wasn't disclosing anymore info. If that's how they treat prospects I can't imagine what the tenants go through! I would be very weary of renting from this company.

I so wish I could have been one of the 5 star reviews on here. I had zero issues with living in one of the properties they manage until my heater stopped working. I asked them repeatedly about it and the final answer was “we can’t find a heater” there was no solution they just left it at that. It has now been 10 DAYS with no proper heat. Due to the almost 2 feel of snow that we got our pipes froze so it’s also been 8 DAYS with no water. Completely unacceptable that they did nothing. It was going great until now. Smh.

Had 6 month lease with these people. One, anytime you don’t answer your own door for these guys they’re gonna charge you $120. Two, I was forced out after they refused to just take the proper actions to fix a leak coming out of the ceiling. Three, I was up charged on utilities and it was taken out of my deposit when the water bill got too high when water was pouring from the ceiling and from under the sink for a whole month. Not to mention that I cleaned the whole place before I moved out but was still charged $50 for them to clean my stove and fridge Bad business

Good property management is critical for owners. RPM have managed two properties for me since 2018 and have done very good work. They are very knowledgeable about real estate and very capable of handling issues that arise and doing so while controlling cost, which is important for any property owner.

Needed a place to rent while I was looking for a home to purchase. Moved in from out of state and needed a temporary residence that would allow me to view properties. Real Property was very good at working with me, and setting up a monthly lease, allowing me to do what I desired. I thought the price was competitive and the service, and communication was well above normal from the management.
