I’ve had the pleasure of working with Real Property Management , and I can’t speak highly enough about their exceptional service and communication. Mark at RPM is incredibly professional, responsive, and kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure that both property owners and tenants are well taken care of, creating a seamless and stress-free experience! Mark is great to work with, he's personable, timely, and trustworthy. I had issues with a previous property management company and reached out to Mark instead. He patiently walked me through everything, wanted to make sure my current contacts weren't breached, etc. A couple weeks later, I was signing a contract with him.
Mark got my place rented out in less than a month at $50 more than the previous place was listing it for (it was on the market for 4+ months!!). When I say Mark is detailed and thorough, I mean it. I had already moved across the country and he kept me up to date through email, text, phone calls. He called me each week to provide updates on applicants, and statuses.
This is a guy you want to do business with he's quick, ethical, patient, and makes you feel like you are his only customer with the attention he provides. If I know anyone renting out their place I will always recommend Mark.

Mark has been so helpful and easy to work with throughout mine and my partner's apartment search from beginning to end. The apartment rental process had been such a wild ride with apartments being snatched up before we could even blink. So when we found the apartment Mark listed, it was a relief to know we were treated as individuals instead of another potential renter. He made the process of getting our apartment from viewings to paperwork seamless and understandable. And once we moved in, Mark has been continually responsive, going out of his way to make sure we're settled and any issues we might have with the apartment are cared for. For effective, easy, personable, trustworthy and seamless apartment rental, Mark is the guy to work with.

Great service. Working with Mark on my first investment property he has a wealth of knowledge that I would be lost without. He listed my apartment found my tenant and checks in with them from time to time about things that may need repairs. He's amazing I highly recommend his services.

Mark has been such a great help! As I prepared to begin my search for an investment home in Bergen County, Mark provided invaluable guidance. He pointed me towards great neighborhoods and offered to tour the properties with me.
