Julia handles all our rentals and is very effective in communicating with various agencies to get our house rented. House is cleaned promptly and she handles all
client questions and issues. She keeps me informed about all situations concerning the home. I appreciate her quick responses to my inquiries.
The house needed appliance repairs while client was renting. Julia was so helpful in getting a repair person and everything was fixed promptly. We very much appreciate her attention to detail. She is a great person to have on your team.

RPMC is managing our property well. They are manage tenant issues well, are upfront with costs and have good communication between landlords regarding the property.

Never again. The property manger collected the rent, but refused to enforce the lease. They allowed smoking and made several excuses for bad tenant behavior. They refused to give basic notices to the tenant and I ultimately had to manage this place myself, requesting tenants to leave. I am now in debt from property damage nearly $4,000 due to very poor management of my home.
