Just. Wow. When we moved to San Clemente, we knew we would need help as we travel a lot and we didn’t know anyone for services such as landscaping and house keeping and general handyman issues.

Our find of Rob and Real Property Management has been amazing. Going above and beyond anything I have asked. Even coming to our house at 8:30 at night for an international package that was delivered a week early, just so it was safe.

He has always responds quickly. I might also add, one thing that has impressed me. Other property management companies like to be involved with the cleaners, the plumbers and landscapers they recommend. This allows them to be involved in the billing and of course, add a bit to it for their time.

Rob doesn’t do that; in fact he encourages the contractors to work directly with us, saving us both money and time because there isn’t a third party involved in communication.

It has been over a year now and I have never had an instant where Rob didn’t help us solve a problem, and been the local resource we needed.

Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without him and his team. Delina also is excellent at following up and seeing that things are done. They make our busy life easy.

Real Property Management Agile is timely, responsive and pleasant to work with. If you call, they'll pick-up. They take your property very seriously as if it were their own. It's tough to leave your own property in the hands of others, but rest assured Rob and Cindy provide comfort in doing so. They've pulled through on some tough situations that I wasn't comfortable managing myself. Rob even rented our property for a higher amount than we'd ever gotten before.
